FORLAND FAMILY MARKET ◆ LOXLEY FARM MARKET
Supporting local farmers and providing our community affordable, quality farm-to-table options.
Providing affordable, quality farm-to-table options since 1995, our family farm and markets aim to educate and inspire community members to learn more about where their food comes from, how it is grown, and the local farmers growing it. Our farm practices sustainable and responsible farming methods to safeguard the environment and your food, with most products grown pesticide-free when possible.

Who We Are
Welcome to Forland Family Farms! Our family has been farming in Baldwin County since 1925. We started out raising livestock and growing row crops such as cotton, soybeans, and corn. Later on, we switched to growing vegetables and fruit. Today we farm about 80 acres in vegetables along with our peach, pecan, and citrus orchards. In 1995, Alescia Forland opened Loxley Farm Market to provide the community with fresh homegrown produce available from our farm and other local growers. In 2015, we expanded to a second location in Foley called Forland Family Market. In addition to the two markets, our produce can be found in local restaurants, pop-up farmer’s markets, and in our (subscription-based) weekly farm boxes. We look forward to you shopping with us!
Quality produce at affordable prices
Our markets offer a variety of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables raised on our farm and neighboring farms, as well as quality non-local produce to meet your needs. Our markets also have a wide range of farm-raised and locally made products, such as free-range eggs, local meats, and pantry products.
